Stage 5 -Letter Of Offer

Successful promoters will be informed of the Board's decision and a Letter of Offer issued. This letter will be accompanied by a schedule of conditions including a list of eligible expenditure and the amount granted. Payments will only be made on vouched expenditure and not on a retrospective basis. All invoices and documentation will be checked.
